Colored Pencils (II) - Ways to Draw - Drawing and Painting Classes (WTD09)

Sunday, October 22  · ·  6:00pm - 7:30pm  New York (EST)

Can we mix colored pencils of different types? What happens when we use some water on our drawing? Can we make new colors after the the pencils we already have? In this second class we'll try to solve this out and much more. Then, we'll draw after some photo reference during the rest of the time. This is not a demo class, and it's not recorded previously.

For this class you need to have some colored pencils, preferably, watercolor pencils, or the ones you already have. Have a couple of white sheets of drawing paper, A4 size will be OK, and much better if they have some kind of texture. You might need an eraser, too (kneaded and a regular one) and a sharpener. Since we are going to experiment with water, you might need some extra paper to make some proofs, and also a piece of watercolor paper (any similar to Canson Montval), some synthetic fiber brushes - round or flat - a couple of water containers, some toilet/kitchen paper, piece pf cloth to dry the water from the brushes.
