dibujandoarte - some drawings in diff techniques

the fact that since flickr isn't posting the images directly as it used to up to a few months ago, make complicated being uploading, here, there, to facebook, and whatever... i'm seriously thinking about stop uploading my stuff. the truth is that in flickr for instance, people usually watches my images about a hundred times on the first couple of days, but only a few favs and almost noone coments. and here in blogger there seems to be more traffic but noone leaves any coments, so I guess i'm just posting for some russian/american bots which visit the site and sometimes leave some spam message i obviously don't publish. here's a screen capture, it's making me think if taking this long to post is really worth...

anyway, hope you enjoy these small drawings, some are from last night, a couple from a few days ago and the pencil one is from last year i think.

little more of what could be called "surreal"?

i really don't know what these could be, but i'm sure it's not even close
to surreal. these are just images, that are constructed at the same time of
drawing, while seeing the composition and adding things that are being said
on a song while drawing, or a passer-by. nothing to do with dreams at all.

flowers in the beginning

"[...] When i found that loose floor tile at the foot of my bed i saw some light coming out and obviously caught my attention.

I removed it together with the others touching it and found the stairs going down. Suddenly, I could hardly believe my eyes when I found myself standing under my own house.

Had i travelled back through time? I was at the same place but just before nothing was built. No houses, no people...

I can only see a strong daylight that almost hurt my eyes standing frozen under the shadow of the house; there's just a lot of high grass all around and the flowers growing wild. I hear only silence, if silence can be heard. Lots of it. Not even the soft wind makes a noise or the plants moving with it. Been there more than once as far as I can remember. It's just nature growing fast, wild and free. [...]"

One of the many sketches i do once i have some free time, though most of

another imaginary sketxh

another imaginary sketxh by dibujandoartei'll only post two of all the imaginay sketches i did yesterday on a new blank book i started, just to spend some quiet evening on silence, painting without caring about any particular model, shapes or perpectives

fooling around with ink 1

fooling around with ink 1 by dibujandoartean imaginary figure in which i don't care about any real shape or size. it's strange, while i was doing it and afterwards too, i see it and feel an urge to go on with the inner part of the figure in pencil lines.

as it is, in a way it's inviting, to be completed mentally in different ways all the time. i'll leave it just like it is, asking me to complete it each time i see it. :P

composition for school

composition for school by dibujandoarte

composition for school by dibujandoarte

i made this drawing which started as a composition for a bas-relief for school, with a semi-abstract figure and a surreal one, then I also used it for another project in a different subjetct and wrote a story about it and illustrated the story too. The colour one is the one I chose as the main image of that project. (I took the background skies from a site in intenet as I was in a hurry to hand it in)
