In this workshop you are going to paint! We'll see all the different tips to make a painting from scratch. To make it easier and start at a simple level we will start by working with only black and white paint. It can be any water based paint like acrylics or temperas/gouache. We will make a sort of values study but this experience will be more than that, we´ll be aware of the underlying drawing , the shapes, the space... Would you like to join?
After buying your ticket you will receive an email with a list of possible materials you'll need to have on hand.

In this workshop we are going to draw and work with values. These are the lights and shadows of an image, the one part of the visual language that help us give our flat work on paper the sensation of having volume.
For this workshop you will need:
- Drawing paper (that resists the use of water), can be watercolour paper or any paper over 90 lbs/165 grs which doesnt retain humidity for long.
- Graphite pencil 2B +sharpener + eraser
- A palette with at least 4 wells to put the ink.
- Black Indian/Chinese Ink
- Two containers with clean water
- Brushes (synthetic fibers or hair)
- Kitchen towel or toilet paper
- A piece of cotton cloth as an old t-shirt to clean
- Some regular white printer's paper A4
